All the comments i made on April 18th 2018 still stand.

Want to stress that

Staff are faultless, it is the systems that are poor. The staff can only do what they can with what they have.

On a regular basis if I ring it is a wait of 35 minutes plus. I was then told i was 5th in the queue and my call was important . i don't think so.

I wrote to the practise manager with my concerns, re: waiting time on the phone and the noise which accompanies the wait. So stressful. She did explain why this happens but I am not convinced or happy with the fact that the system only allows 10 waiting places. The IT expert was amazing, spent over and hour trying to sort out my login which we thought had been sorted but when I got home it hadn't. The manager also sat in for a while and was surprised at the complexity of it all.

I asked a relative who had used system one in her work in the NHS as I was beginning to wonder if it was something i did not understand. She came to the house and tried. To no avail.

This morning The IT expert rang and asked if all was well. I said no so she said she would try again. I opened my PC and when she rang back went through it all again with different passwords etc.it worked !!! How she did it i do not know but very impressed with the solution, the call backs and the excellent service.

Thanks for all the extra effort that was made to solve my problem. Well done.
