The Reception which must obviously be extremely busy always makes you feel as though you are the only call. They are kind, caring, patient and extremely understanding.

I have very complex medical needs and from appointment times, through to repeat-prescriptions and the doctors themselves … they all seem to bend over backwards to help me on my journey back to health. The doctors are modern in outlook and wholistic in approach. They will suggest all and every other option before just putting more medicine or higher doses down one's throat. I like that ! I like that a lot !

I was on a few tablets for years before I moved to this practice and they started to ask questions and we binned them.

"My doctor" not only embraced the careful programme of Opiate Reduction that I have been on after major orthopaedic surgery but has supported me and pushed me along. My opiate consumption has halved under his gentle but firm care.

Mental health is very important too and the link between mind and body is well observed.

These guys are good, really good. I thought that a practice like this in London is a thing of the past, long-gone in the pressures of time, people and cut-backs. It is not only in TV Dramas and in small English villages that we still see surgeries like this.
