Good and very detailed preparatory instructions.

Pleasant and informative reception process on arrival.  Taken quickly (due to previous no-shows).

Kindly and efficient staff throughout. Gave clear explanation for the reason for this procedure.

Chatty and informative throughout a particularly uncomfortable procedure.

Good aftercare.
