Very welcoming & sensitive at the beginning, this process has highlighted my problems and given me tools to help myself recover and be strong in my future recovery.

My key worker Ben has become a friend and confidant to me.
I am very happy with my progress and I'm confident I will make a new life for myself due to this programme.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about the support you have received from ORB and from Ben.

It is particularly pleasing to hear about the positive support you received at the beginning our your treatment journey. We are aware, how daunting these initial steps can be and we pride ourselves in being welcoming and sensitive. It is also pleasing to here about your contentment with your progress.
