(as the patient),

The only thing I would like to point out is, I was called week before for pre assessment, was asked all about my, but on the day of my cyctoscopy was asked the same questions again by three sets of people.

I was sorry to read that you felt that you were asked the same questions by numerous staff, I can appreciate that this must have been a little tiresome, but I am sure it was necessary at each stage of the process.
