Worse hospital ever if i could give no stars i would.i wouldn't even come here to die or wish it on my enemies. Been to the UCC here twice first time i was pregnant and was made to wait 3 hours before being told id have to come back next day anyway. 2nd time this morning i took my 8month baby the UCC was empty we waited an hour before leaving as didnt seem to be any doctors available. But there were 4 rude receptionists sitting around having breakfast and a natter.

Shocking this place is still open. They try and shut perfectly decent hospitals like Charing cross when they shouls be going after this place. Horrendous.

Thank you for taking the trouble to bring this matter to our attention. I was sorry to read of your recent experience and for the obvious upset this has caused you. The Urgent Care Centre(UCC)is on the West Middlesex Hospital site but separate from their A&E department and run by Hounslow and Richmond Community Health Care NHS Trust.
