(as a relative),

My father collapsed on Saturday and an ambulance was called.  The paramedics were brilliant, they arrived very quickly and took control.  My Father was then  taken to Tameside A & E.  He was taken care of by a doctor, Dr Fiona.  I wanted to thank her for her professionalism, the care she took and her attention to detail. Dr Fiona re-assured my father and the family which was greatly appreciated.  I would like to pass on my sincere gratitude and thanks to her as she made a very difficult situation manageable. In my eye and my father's eyes she is our hero.

(my Father is waiting for a triple heart bypass and is very unwell but thanks to her and the paramedics he's doing ok)
