(as the patient),

I would really like to praise the staff in ward 18 at Wishaw General whom, everytime I have been in the past few years, have always been amazing.

My last visit was even better, the staff nurses covering the day shift were so happy especially Hazel. You totally made our room smile. Ward 18 are a credit.
