About: Russells Hall Hospital

I had to attend Corbett Hospital for an orthopaedic review. This went extremely well with xray and my review second to none a service to be proud of, however the same could not be said of the blood taking department. After waiting an hour and a quarter I was call in and I asked , how many staff they had on and was told four and a supervisor. The professional who took my blood was really professional and could not be faulted however the person named???? I am aware of her name shouted from behind the screen you could make an appointment as I had travelled from Wolverhmpton this was not appropriate. This is not the standard of care I expect from the Dudley Group of hospitals. People were stand with very little seating space.

Come on what is happening I have never experienced anything like this before.
