Every morning it should be open telephone line for urgent appointment . It's never worked properly sometimes you wait and line suddenly dropped.

Very disappointed.

Never give you time for appointment you wanted . It's better to go to hospital .

Sorry you have had difficulty making an appointment, we have on the day appointments which you can make from 8.30am these are not urgent appointments unless we are short of doctors on that day.

Have you signed up for patient access? you can make appointments online.

If not please speak to our receptionists.
