"Very prompt and efficient service"

About: Royal Derby Hospital

I was referred to the ENT department at very short notice by my GP following a problematic ear infection. I was seen the same day!.. I was warned to go early as parking can be busy,which to be fair it was but after short wait we found a place. Once at the ward (almost an hour early) I was shown straight in and was seen by two Doctors and a trainee nurse. They examined and treated the ear in no time at all and I was out and on my way home. All of this before my actual appointment was due.

I cannot overstate how impressive the level of service was. In my view these are top people doing great work. All the staff were polite, efficient and welcoming 10/10.
