"Terrible"

What a shambles this practice is. Too many managers, not enough Doctors,too many patients for the number of Doctors.

I tried to make an appointment. You have to ring at 8.30AM when they open. 53 times I rang to get engaged tone, finally answered on the 54th time. Put into a queue, I was number 8. 25 minutes later I speak to a human. No appointments left today [as I had expected]. So I said I would take any appointment. Sorry none at all and we only book 1 week in advance.

The advice was - yes you have guessed it, phone up tomorrow at 8.30AM !!.

This place is useless, either needs more Doctors or take on fewer patients so they can get an appointment.
