This surgery is absolutely disgusting when trying to get an appointment you have to ring at 8.30 when getting through all appointments have gone within 9minutes of opening yet you can’t pre book an appointment.
I have two children and suffer with anxiety and depression and takes a lot to get me to doctors at best of times my faith in the surgery is zero.
You find yourself explaining to a receptionist your problem which I feel is not appropriate.
