"Lack of clear information for Sexual Health..."

I visited this clinic for a simple STI checkup, when I arrived I was first sent to the wrong floor before being told by the lady at the desk that if I wanted a test I'd have to come back tomorrow as they were too busy and that how long I had to wait would depend on how many nurses were available that morning. I opted to return the next day at 8am as the clinic opened to try and get in quickly but anticipated having to wait so paid for a couple hours on a local car park. When I got in I got seen to very quickly but instead of being seen by a nurse like I was expecting I was sent home with a kit to post to a lab myself; I don't have a problem with this at all and think it's a good way of streamlining the process and saving the NHS time and money but what I found frustrating was the fact that while in the waiting room I saw that there was a website (thesexualhealthhub) that I could have ordered the same STI testing kit from myself at home without having to come into town twice and pay for parking, twice. The lady at the desk on my first visit had the opportunity to tell me about this website but neglected to and while using the NHS website to find local sexual health services this website was never mentioned once. Now that I know that this service exists, future tests will be much easier for me but I am disappointed that I wasn't made aware of the sexualhealthhub website by both the NHS directory of local services AND the staff at the clinic. Even when I was given the testing kit at the desk to take home, I was never told about the website, it took me noticing it myself on a poster, if this had been clearer for patients I could have saved myself time and money.
