waiting times: my appointment was at half 10, but i was still left waiting at half 11.

when i went to ask the nurses if they were running late i was told no, despite the fact an hour had passed since my appoinment was due. as if this was not bad enough, i then had to go for a blood test only to find i had to wait almost 2 hour for that, it seems waiting times are not quite as good as they could be. £4.50 later i managed to leave, although i don't know how prices are so high, when there doesn't seem to ever be an improvement anywhere around the hospital/car park

I am sorry that you are not happy with the time that you waited for your appointment. Sometimes other circumstances such as emergencies have an impact on waiting times and we try to manage this as much as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused you.

The car park charges go towards the maintenance of the car park, for example, on the resurfacing of pot holes, as well as ensuring security is maintained.
