"Fantastic Care"

I visited the surgery on the evening of 13th February with my very poorly husband.

From the time we entered the surgery we were treated with the utmost respect and care.

My husband had misunderstood the day of the appointment (we were a day early), however once the receptionist on duty saw how ill my husband was she pulled out all the stops, spoke with the duty doctor who came to see my husband straight away examined my husband alongside the practice nurse.

He then organised an ambulance (they were brilliant too) and my husband was in Resus at the QE within 40 minutes.

I cannot thank the surgery enough for the care given.

My husband is now recovering in Critical Care.
