About: Ealing IAPT

I contacted Ealing Iapt initially last October and spoke to a lovely lady. She was so helpful and took all my information back to her supervisors for discussion,,, I was contacted withing 24hrs of consultation with great follow on advise. I was sign posted to Bereft which is a bereavement counselling and began sessions with them in November. I finished my sessions and found Bereft to be amazing support and the counsellor helped me so much with my bereavements. I then have since contact IAPT again this week and spoke to another lovely member of staff who was so helpful to me,, giving me piece of mind and direction of whats to come. I want to thank you all for your help and this service really is wonderful.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience in dealing with Ealing IAPT, your feedback is very important to us in order to help improve our service. I am pleased to hear that your experience has been positive and that you were able to get support from Bereft. You followed up by stating that you called IAPT again for a second time and was able to speak to a helpful member of staff from whom you were able to get directuon and peice of mind. We are here to serve our community and are always glad to be of help, it is great to hear that your experience with both IAPT and Bereft has been positive and that this will help you to move on to a more fulfillig life.
