your staff kept me informed and are to be highly praised as my son came in with a 'spinal neck' injury brought in by excellent ambulance staff who also should be praised. We were at a rugby tournament in Ashford rugby club and every code of practice was followed. the doctors were prompt and worked as a team and to this end I am grateful
