"Absolutely disgusting!!"

What I liked

The receptionists/secretaries were pleasant enough. Every appointment was running around 2 hours behind, this seemed to be the usual practice. My appointment for my 20month old Son was incredibly rushed, I was not listened to, I had to constantly interject when assumptions were made and I was then led to believe that my Son was being treated urgently and it would be about a 2 week wait to have the grommets that he desperately needs inserted, I have now been bundled into the routine 3-4mth waiting list and having to once again fight to be taken seriously! absolutely disgusting, my poor Son has now been suffering fo 7 weeks and his development is seriously hindered yet they want me to wait a further 3 months.......I'm now trying to raise the funds to pay for this op myself!

What could be improved

Communication between staff, realistic appointment times, Medical staff that listen and then tell you what is actually going to happen rather than what you want to hear to get you out of the door.
