I'd been referred for an MRI for back pain by my GP but before it came through my back went through the night and I couldn't walk. The ambulance paramedics were amazing, friendly patient and very personable. They provided excellent service.
I was taken to Wishaw General. A&E was different.... The nurses were lovely but when I was explaining to the doctor I wasn't able to walk, they asked me what I expected them to do about it?
I was transferred to Ward and I can't say enough good things about the nurses in ward 15. I was there for three days and spent my last day in ward 14. These nurses have been so attentive, friendly, professional, personable and provided a 5 star experience, and completely excelled expectations from what I believed a hospital stay would be like.
I'd really like the nurses in ward 15 and 14 that were working on those dates to get some recognition for the excellent hard work they do.
