"Consultants time to phone with scan results"

About: Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre

(as a service user),

Phoned 4 times requesting a call back for scan results. Wanted it over the phone and not an appointment 3 weeks away. Still no call a week later. 

The consultant doesn’t understand scanxiety or they could spare 5 minutes to call. 

Feeling like I am a pain in the neck calling. Trying to distract myself but it’s hanging over my head. 

Powerless and the info is sitting there but it’s not important enough to them.
