Really bad to try an make an appointment over the phone, why cant i make an appointment using a telephone booking system my cousin uses at another practice near by?

Sorry you are finding it difficult to make an appointment over the telephone. We are currently updating our telephone system and processes, so hopefully this will become easier over the next couple of weeks.

Have you signed up for online access? We endeavour to put more appointments on line in March. I am not sure of the telephone booking process the other practice uses to book appointments, so feel like I cannot comment on this.
