I live exactly opposite the clinic, for two times I needed to see the doctor. The first time I found myself on the floor because of the extremely high temperature. I called the clinic to ask for an appointment explaining that I have never ever had the temperature so high and that I fainted because of it. They told me they could not give an appointment on the same day and the first availability was in 2 days. So the direct me to the pharmacy or at the emergency. I have explained that I was alone at home and I reckoned better to see a doctor as soon as possible, instead of a pharmacist or waiting hours at the emergency in that conditions. In the end, I went to the emergency in the evening with my partner, and I was sent home with paracetamol. On Saturday I had an appointment in Wood Green with another clinic opened during the weekend, and the GP found me an "aggressive chest infection".
The second time I have booked an appointment for a general check, I did mention to the secretary that I could have been late due to commuting from my workplace (very far from the clinic) and the usual delays on the tube. I was 10 min late, and they cancel my appointment, nevertheless, more than once me and my partner where left waiting even for 20 minutes after having an appointment booked.
I will definitely change the clinic.
