I attended Ward 15 as a day surgical patient in order to have a Prostate Biopy.

From start to finish, I found the multi-disciplinary team yo be fantastically professional, understanding and empathetic. There is a sense of support through Ward 15 and I have to say the nursing team were truly amazing and couldn’t do enough for me. The procedure was also fully explained to me in a calming and reassuring manner. As a retired nurse manager it is indeed reassuring that despite the NHS facing challenges at this time, the service provision delivered yesterday was outstanding. Thanks to all involved .....from a very satisfied patient indeed !
