This review is about ENT doctors at Royal Infirmary, Leicester.
I have been outpatient for almost 4 years now for ongoing nose and ear problem.
Everytime they prescribe nasal drops for 3 months and then give followup appointment after 6 months without providing with followup care or plan.
Number of times I have had bad reaction to medicine they have prescribed and then never ending chase up with other people into ward to change medicines as well.
ENT consultants are master of trasnfering back my case to GP, passing the buck and not provide adequate workable solution of the ongoing problem. It is more like trial and error.I just pray that noone has to become guinea pig of this department. Why consultants are readily discharge the patient without providing with the solution and advised to go back to GP>
It pains my heart (and my nose and my ear also!) by looking at this dismal performace of numerous consultants I have been to ENT departments during my last four years.Shameful performace and really Shame. therefore I just pray noone else has to go through this misery and deal with them.
Thank you for not supporting and not caring properly
well done
