Reception staff over the phone and in person were so helpful, welcoming and understanding. Lovely to talk to and very kind/comforting.

Surgeon and assistant who removed my moles made the experience so much more comfortable than I could have imagined. Made the whole ordeal much less stressful than it could have been.
