I was admitted to ward D6 on sat 5th jan 2019 after being transferred from
Fairfield (Bury) A&E to Nth man A&E and received the best care I could have hoped for even though the staffing levels were still running at a low level at the latter end of the xmas
N/Year holiday period.
When Staffing levels returned to normal on mon 7th the ward became a hive of activity with the return of a sister who proved to be a very formidable and capable committed person who got on really well with the rest of the staff.
The Consultant and his team who were responsible for the investigation & diagnosis of my problem were also very courteous and ready to answer any questions I put forwards to them.
altogether a very agreeable experience resulting in a recall for a Gall Bladder removal in the very near future.
"admitted with severe stomach pains"
