I supplied the practice manager a formal complaint on the 4/02/19 as to how the issuing of prescriptions for gluten free flour was being applied. With this complaint I provided the response from the manufacture and the link to the decision taken by HM Government in December 2018, requesting a response?

Within my complaint I pointed out that guidance given to GPs was for 16 units per month and that my useage is only 8 well within the limit?

I feel the complaint is being ignored and that unless I get a definitive view then I’ll need to complain in stronger terms to the Trust. It’s not the service we expect.
