"Outstanding service"

Called ahead of visiting to see if I could be seen for a pre existing condition that was being particular troublesome over the last few days. The member of staff was very polite and advised I could still visit. As my illness isn’t urgent I was prepared for a lengthy wait when I arrived but less an than hour of waiting I was called in to see a practitioner. Now I’ve seen my fair share of doctors over the last few years for conditions that are either self limiting or incurable with limited treatment options but this practitioner was excellent. He listened, examined me throughly and talked me through multiple different options I could use to try to reduce my symptoms. I came out of the appointment feeling better than I ever have visiting my GP or specialist! I wasn’t just looked at as another patient added to a long queue of others. I couldn’t have been put more at ease and geniunely helped. Thank you
