(as the patient),

I have been attending to Kirkby walk-in centre for a few years now.

I am very hard to take blood from, and I dread going anywhere other than walk-in centre Kirkby clinic.

My son advised me to go there, as he has attended there, and he was very pleased with treatment; so advised me to go there. I've spent some time in hospitals lately and even some of the doctors had trouble taking blood from me.

Doctor sent me for bloods yesterday. So I was very pleased to go to Kirkby walk in. Carol the phlebotomy nurse was brilliant and I was overjoyed to know who I was seeing.
