I was seen quickly and met with a friendly, and engaging, professional, psychotherapy nurse.  I was put on to a new medication, after a thorough assessment.  The combination of the new medication and guidance has made a huge improvement to my condition which has loomed for many, many years.

I feel happy for the first time in a long time and I am deeply grateful that this treatment has been afforded to me through the NHS in Stranraer, Dumfries and Galloway.  Without sounding clichéd, I am finally able to be the father and husband my young family needs in our home.
