(as the patient),

I have been attending physio appointments at my doctors  surgery for a frozen shoulder for several months. I was seen by a Mr Moss  (based at North Tyneside hospital) who I cannot thank enough for the treatment I was given. My shoulder is so much better and I must say his friendly manner was an added bonus. He is a credit to his department.
