"Endoscopy unit - fantastic"

I suffer with severe anxiety especially in a hospital enviroment. I had to attend for a Gastroscopy and to say that everybody was helpful, understanding and accommodating would be an understatement.

From the lady on reception who explained my situation to the sister who then came and spoke to me in a seperate waiting area, to the nurse who filled in my paperwork, to the Dr who performed the procedure, and then to the discharging nurses.

Everybody was amazing and very supportive. Without them I would not have been able to even stay in the hospital to have the procedure.

I would just like to thank each and everyone of those people involved for making me feel safe, comfortable and reassured throughout. I can't thank you all enough
