About: Minehead Community Hospital

After a fall the beach I thought all was not well so decided to go to MIU my 1st visit. Parking was easy and was greeted by friendly helpful staff on reception. Waited about 15mins and was seen by lovely nurse who examined my hand and said I need x ray. Waited about 10 mins for x ray another lovely member of staff. Returned to side room nurse me back in about 10 said I had broken bone so would need to be put in plaster. She was friendly and informative explained all I needed to know and about a follow up apt at fracture clinic She checked was fine before I left. What a fab service how lucky we are in Minehead to have this 1st class service I could not fault my visit Thank you all

Thank you very much for this lovely feedback about Minehead MIU. All the staff work hard to make what can be a stressful time as pleasant as possible. I am glad you had such a good experience and I will make sure the staff are made aware of all your comments.

I do hope your bone will be mended very soon.
