"Caring Staff - Hats off to them all"

About: University Hospital Llandough / General Surgery

(as the patient),

I had an appointment in the Endoscopy departmental at Llandough. I was anxious about the flexi oscopy procedure but the nurse looking after me was very kind and reassuring. All the staff were friendly and professional and made an uncomfortable procedure as pleasant as could be. I can't speak highly enough about the staff who no doubt work very hard with limited resources. Hats off to them all.
