"Enternally grateful to A&E and ward 3D staff"

About: The Royal London Hospital

Following a traumatic experience with some extreme version of tonsillitis, the lovely team at Homerton hospital a&e sent me to the royal London for the help of their ENT department.

All the way through my experience I was cared for to exceptional standards by the kindest and most professional people I’ve ever met. I was really scared to go to hospital but was so sick it was unavoidable, but I needn’t have worried. They worked magic! 24 hrs later I returned to a manageable state and later that day was discharged, which again was a happy experience.

I want to express eternal gratitude to the staff of 3D who work long and intense hours, and are true hero’s. A&E staff are also incredible. The doctors were relatable, respectful and kind. The nurses are dedicated and highly skilled. Everyone was good natured and uplifting. I’m amazed by you and in awe. Thank you x
