The crew - Pat and Katy - were the nicest people I've met in a long time. Caring, compassionate and highly professional. Amazing sense of humour which really helped me.

Paramedic pat was so nice he even came into my room on emergency ward to shake my hand. Young Katy who I believe was fresh out of training was an utter consumate professional. They actually made me feel better. I just wish i could thank them personally!

Thank you very much for taking the time to share this feedback on CareOpinion. I am so sorry to read that you had a need to utilise our service but I am very pleased to read the comments that you have provided. It sounds like Pat and Katy have carried out their duties with a very person-centred approach. It is amazing how much better the power of laughter can make you feel.
