Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you have been disappointed with the standard of patient care you have received at Fisher Medical Centre. We are always looking for ways to improve our current systems and therefore very much value patient feedback. Unfortunately, the practice has been unable to offer the usual level of capacity of appointments due to two GPs being admitted to hospital in the space of 24 hours. This unforeseen circumstance has left the practice temporarily under resourced. The practice has instigated emergency measures and as a result we have had to temporarily reduce the number of routine appointments on offer to patients. Please be assured if your concern is urgent and requires attention the same day the practice team are trained to ensure you receive a call back from a GP and a face to face appointment if required. Many thanks and apologies again that you have been disappointed by the care you have received.
