(as a service user),

Michelle,Community Dietitian,Bromley Health Care has been attending to my wife over recent times.My wife was diagnosed with dementia in Alzheimer's in 2012 and the progressive nature of this condition has required the help and assistance of the Dietitian services.Main problem is that she has swallowing problems,dysphagia.

Michelle has provided excellent help and support in this area of her condition.

This is to thank Michelle for her input which has helped to contribute to my being able to keep my wife properly cared for and as comfortable as possible.These services are essential in enabling those with medical conditions requiring professional input at home as against hospitalisation or Nursing Home Care.It is hoped that the decision makers think likewise and stop the cuts.

It is such a lovely start to the day to read of the support that you have been provided by the dietician in caring for your wife. We do understand how hard it is for carers and the necessity of ensuring that support is provided.
