I have been taking my daughter for chemotherapy at Christie Hospital in Manchester.
Chemotherapy sessions in the afternoon never start on time. The session advertised at 2pm usually starts at 4pm or later. Chemotherapy patients often don't leave the hospital before midnight.
If they can't deliver the service until 4pm why do they ask people to come at 2pm? This situation appears to have been going on for 5 years at least.
