Having very recently praised the Sleep Department, I now speak of total frustration. I have tried to contact the Sleep Department for the last 5 days without success. I have rung two numbers each day, often more than once without getting anything other than a recorded message. I have left messages on two occasions and have had no answer. I have tried the main appointment switchboard on two occasions and they have not been able to get any reply either, This totally lets down an otherwise excellent department. I appreciate that the NHS is under much pressure but sure should be able to provide a better contact service than this.
