Basically, unless you can turn up at 8am and queue for an appointment then you have no chance of seeing a Doctor.
There are no (never) any pre-bookable appointments available - so getting to see a doctor for something as simple as a hospital referral for a 'routine' colonoscopy (Im a Crohns sufferer) is almost impossible.
I have been phoning weekly (on a Friday when the appointments are, apparently, released) for 4 weeks now without success.
the receptionists are sharp, bordering on rude, no doubt a result of having to deal with endless customer complaints.
I WOULD WELCOME SOMEONE CONTACTING ME TO DISCUSS MY FEEDBACK
