About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / General surgery

(as the patient),

I would like to send a big thank you to all the staff involved in my operation at day surgery Area F from admission to discharge I am highly satisfied with the treatment I received and hopefully have no complications with the healing process I am happy and relieved to finally have had the surgery done after three cancellations due to clerical and communication errors for which I did get an apology I had the same procedure done some years before under local anaesthetic and recently two more procedures and found the experience quite distressing as I saw and felt everything and so chose to go under a general anaesthetic this time and am glad I did so once again thank you to all involved.
