I have multiple medical conditions and have to contact the surgery quite often. All staff are unfailingly courteous and many recognise me before I give my name!
All the doctors explain treatments in great detail which gives peace of mind and the HCA who visits me is a delightful and professional member of staff. I am so glad I registered at Glovers Lane
Unable to answer Q4 properly as I am housebound. They visit me!!
