The JR2 complex has good healthcare professionals and facilities but is inaccessible by car. Hour long queues and nowhere to park. It needs a link road from the bypass to a dedicated car park or the facilities should be moved out of Oxford. Senior hospital management can't or won't do anything about it and Oxford City Council (the planning authority) are obstructive and unhelpful, There will no doubt be a bland unhelpful reply to this. The JR is one of the earners from parking fees in NHS England.
