"Appalling service"

About: The Willesden Medical Centre

I am horrified at the service of the medical centre. My mother is 81 and cannot get through to speak to anyone on the phone. Most of the staff are rude and do not have a bedside manner. She is awaiting results and no one has the decency to come back to her.The medical centre needs to be inspected. She cannot even book an appointment on line. It’s pathetic. Very stressful and this is not what I call care in the community.

Dear Patient

Thank you for sharing this with us. There are other option that could have been useful and helpful.

We do have an email address that you could have used to contact the gp this can be found on the web site , you can also speak to the IT Manager about booking appointments online and we do have a gp on call daily with a pharmacist on phone every morning to assist patients.

In regards to the staff I will check and update those who are not aware of the alternative options to mention to patients.
