"Fantastic staff and treatment, but no refreshments available for long wait"

About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Halewood

(as the patient),

Staff very attentive, friendly reception staff, happy with treatment.

However, long wait and nowhere to get a drink. Lady on desk kindly offered to get me a cup of water but think it should be readily available for patients. Thank you.

Dear knowledge648,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback following your visit to Halewood Walk in Centre.

We do not have water machines in our waiting area due to Health and Safety concerns with regards to spillages. However our reception staff and nurses will be happy to provide water on request.
