(as the patient),

I've recently had to see a physiotherapist about arthritis in my knee. My appointment was at Nutgrove Villa, Huyton. I saw a young man called Steven. he was very professional and had a friendly, reassuring manner. Her asked me lots of questions about my condition (also listened to my questions) before showing me a set of exercises to do at home. Explaining what to do if I thought I needed further treatment. I was happy with the treatment I received and would have no worries if I had to go back again.
