"Very pleasant staff at Halewood walk-in"

I was at the Halewood walk-in centre with my daughter, who was feeling unwell. Upon arrival at reception I was dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. I was then asked to take a seat, and I was informed upon asking that I would wait approximately 20 mins for triage. I only had to wait 15 mins for triage, and again my daughter's case was processed very quickly.

I had barely sat down in the waiting area when we were summoned to see the nurse, Debbie. She made my little girl feel at ease and was very pleasant, polite and professional. The longest wait I had was for my daughter to produce a water sample. Once this was achieved, we returned to the nurse, who informed me that she at present has a viral infection and sore throat.
