About: Community Health Services / Phlebotomy Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Kirkby

(as the patient),

From start to finish my experience was fantastic. I got seen in under five minutes. Carla too my bloods and even though I was nervous, she made me so relaxed.

She gave me some really helpful advice and I got the feeling that she cared. We even managed to have a giggle along the way. Overall a 10 out of 10 health care experience.
